I bought a new GMC Sierra 1500 SLE from Coyle this week. It was a very pleasant experience. The price on the 2019 Sierra was the best around and they gave me a good price for my trade. All the people I dealt with were very friendly. Even though I got there after 6:30 pm they had the paperwork all ready and I was out of there in no time. The business internet site helped me locate the truck I wanted, and it was worth the two hour drive on Memorial Day (glad they were open, many dealerships weren't!) to seal the deal. My salesman, Mark White, brought some down home hospitality and was very helpful, and made the entire process as seamless as possible. I even came away with a smoker grill as a bonus! The deal went smooth as silk. Payed cash which should have been a final quick process but the dealership had only one financial person. My wife and I had to wait over 50 minutes on a cash deal when final paperwork took less than 10 minutes. Not complaining, stating fact.

I went down to see if I would be able to finance a newer 2012+ Camaro model. Was able to test drive right away. The dealer , David McDaniel, was very friendly and helpful. I received a recall notice from Chevrolet. It advised me to call my dealer for a service appointment. Purchased a Dodge Ram from Coyle in January. My sales person Amanda was very helpful and answered all of my questions. She still calls me every few weeks just to ask how my truck is and if there is anything I need from them. The one issue I did have they offered to take my truck to the Dodge dealer and give me a loaner truck. This was for a recall the Dodge dealer did incorrectly and Coyle had no reason to help other than to provide excellent customer service.

I have a 2011 Chevy Equinox which is still under warranty. I've had it in for service several times. I've been treated well each time I've been to this service center. The employees are always nice and helpful. They get me right in and out. I was told about some preventative maintenance that is due at 30,000 when I had it in for an oil change recently. I thought the prices they wanted were really too high, so I passed on them at this time. I'm sure it's the same price as other dealers though.
