I brought my 21 Silverado 2500 in a few months ago with torque converter vibrations. They drove it for over a week at speeds exceeding 80 mph on multiple occasions according to my Chevrolet app, burnt half a tank of gas, and then told me they could not replicate the issue, though it happens every day for me. I was in Indiana in May and had trouble with my 2019 Chevrolet 2500 diesel. DO NOT TRUST. Get a quote in Writing and NOT verbally! They do not honor their verbal quotes. I was quoted $686 for work and when I received my invoice it was $825. My wife took her 2014 Buick Regal to get a diagnostic test done because the engine light came on. We knew it had a misfire but wanted to ensure no other issues.
They called to tell us that the diagnostic results showed the misfire, but also said the Turbo had to be replaced. $2479. We of course wanted a second opinion.

This car lot is horrible. Bought a new GMC and the headliner was coming down. After the 5th attempt and not having my car for months I'm done. On the 3rd attempt to fix it they told us they pulled the headliner off another car in the lot at an attempted to fix mine. So somebody else will probably get a crappy car. I still have there "courtesy car" that is supposed to be equal to my SUV, it's a Chevy Malibu. Horrible little car. Do not buy a car from here.

Our visit to Coyle Chevrolet was great! From the time we stepped out of our vehicle until we drove of the lot with our new vehicle. Katie Reiter was fantastic! I am sorry to say I cannot remember the gentleman in the finance Dept. name. He was so helpful and explained everything . Would recommend this dealership to everyone.
I HAD a 2015 Buick Encore. When Bob was service manager, he listened to what I had to say. The "new" lady told me it would cost $100 to review to find out what my problem was. My vehicle was under warranty and I had never been treated like I was unwanted or didn't know what I was talking about. Do NOT believe anything you are told at this dealership! Drove 3 hours to look at a truck, told the salesman we wanted the vehicle but due to the time of day(closing) they didn't want any money down. Told us not to worry about it that they would keep the keys so no one else could look at it..Next day, through multiple phone calls and texts a purchase agreement was reached and agreed upon. Took our truck in to get a couple of issues fixed before the GM bumper-to-bumper warranty ran out. They refused to cover anything under warranty and charged high prices. Also took 2 days for a job that should have took a few hours. Avoid
