I have purchased a number of automobiles from Coyle Chevrolet. They always handle each transaction with the highest professionalism and attention to customer satisfaction. The owners are community focused, always willing to assist schools and local non-profits. They run an outstanding dealership.

I was in the market for a used truck and had been looking around at local dealers. A friend, Victoria O'Neil (vehicle buyer for Coyle) let me know that a truck that met my criteria had arrived on the lot and that I should come check it out. After arriving she put me in contact with Noah Sachse (sales rep) to help with my questions and to assist me through the buying process. Noah was professional, no pressure, easy to work with, and always just a phone call away. After purchasing the vehicle and having it for a couple weeks I noticed that water was leaking through the rear window and into the cab. I contacted Noah and voiced my problem and he was timely about getting my truck into Coyle's service department and having the problem looked at. After diagnosing the problem it was found that the rear window was cracked around the frame and needed to be replaced. Although the window was not covered by any warranty, Noah was able to work with Jack McKinney (used car manager) and have the window replaced in good faith at no cost to me. I appreciate all these people working with me and helping make my truck work the way it should and my purchase enjoyable even after some hiccups along the way.

This past weekend, I went to Walmart to get my oil changed. After waiting in my car for an hour, one of the mechanics came to my window and asked if I had an appointment, I said I didn't and he told me they were appointment only. I asked why I waited in my car for an hour before they decided to tell me that, and he shrugged it off & walked away. I drove down the street to Coyle, still angry. When I got to the service desk, I spoke to Nathan. He told me even though I didn't have an appointment, they would still work me in for an oil change. I was in and out in a little over an hour. Thank you Nathan!!!
