Terrible customer service. I know some stuff was out of your hands but your people shouldn't laugh at a really crappy situation. Also, multiple times I did not get calls back. Had better service from Parts than from Service guys which is really bad.

Was a pleasant and easy experience. Check engine light was on and had just rolled out of warranty and they covered it for me. Added some service and tire rotation for me on the same day. It is why I continue you to drive across the river and pay the tolls. Your service is worth the added cost.

David Arnett did everything he could to find me the vehicle that I wanted and could afford. He was friendly and helpful. When the vehicle arrived it did not have everything listed in the window sticker, but David found the items and will have them installed when they arrive. I cannot say enough nice thing about David. He never made me feel pressured.
Had the oil change service done there, All was great except that my tire pressure was not done, so when I returned to the dealer, I think its bob the manager assisted me since Jacob was not around then and was promptly taken care of. Thank you again. We do understand that during busy times, mishaps could occur. Great job guys! Always appreciare you all!

My son bought a 2017 Chevy Cruze from here. Looked good, rode pretty good, no spare but hey they said they would knock off a couple hundred to compensate. OK fine.
The day after my son bought the car, the check engine light comes on. We take it over to Autozone to get the codes checked. Says an emissions issue, have it looked at soon.

Tanzala the rep that helped me get a brand new car was so patient and helped me find the perfect car for me I can’t believe I have a brand new car !!! Service was excellent…My credit isn’t great and I was able to be placed in a 2026 I still can’t believe this is my car!

I had a great experience working with Noah S. He was very laid back and never put any pressure on me throughout the process. He gave me plenty of time to look over and inspect the vehicle on my own, while always being available if I had any questions. He was accommodating to my requests, easy to work with, and made the entire buying process smooth and stress free. Juan and the service center does a great job. The others that I have to interact with to get to that point or garbage. I was lied to led a stray and they literally have no clue apparently what they’re talking about. The only reason why I come back is the service center, and I only deal with Juan directly.

There’s a smell in the car that I don’t know where it’s coming from maybe a window or something was left open while it was raining, but after cleaning the car out, I’m really pleased. Also, the car says that it’s supposed to have seat warmers and the steering wheel Also, they can’t seem to find it? Overall, I’m pleased with the Chevy trailblazer and he can’t beat the price. I am very pleased.

Customer friendly. Prices reasonable. I wish that they didn’t nickel and dime you for every single service. For example after spending 600 dollars I asked them to look at my windshield wiper and they said the diagnostic fee would be 160 dollars.

The staff was busy but friendly too.
All is good with Coyle...we just keep having a re-occurring problem with our Colorado and are on the 4th time addressing a torque converter - transmission issue.
They installed a new battery and fixed my shifter that was causing a fault and not allowing us to turn the power off. They did it less than one day.
Everyone was super friendly and worked well with me and for me . Juan was not only friendly and kind he went out of his way to help me . He is an awesome asset to your dealership. I will ask for him each time I come in.
