I've known the Coyle family for many years they are a great business automotive family with the customer in mind. From Mike Senior, to Mike Jr and Chis I think they have the customers in mind while looking long term. In the southern Indiana and Louisville area the Coyle's Family have always been and continue to be about family. Sorry to hear about Mike Senior may he rest in piece.

Noah was my salesman. I called and got him. We discussed some things then I made an appointment the next day. He had a vehicle in mind when I got there. I purchased that one that day. Noah answered my questions and my brother in laws questions. Lastly, he told me that I could can him if I have questions after I pulled the lot. That means he cares about his customers and not just selling the vehicles.

I went in to purchase a used truck. 2015 chevy Silverado. They're were a couple issues when I went to pick the truck up and to be honest I was freaking out over it. They’ve had my work truck for 2 weeks now and it’s still not fixed. Communication is very poor. The past two times they’ve worked on my truck parts “got lost” in transit. That’s hard to believe it happens every time.

Terrible customer service. I know some stuff was out of your hands but your people shouldn't laugh at a really crappy situation. Also, multiple times I did not get calls back. Had better service from Parts than from Service guys which is really bad.
