While at Coyle, every single service member I encountered/observed exhibited excellent customer service. As soon as I parked my car, Erin was there to greet me. She was kind and professional. While checking in, I witnessed Nathan taking his time to let the next customer in line know that someone would be assisting her shortly (as every service member was helping other customers); I found that to be very good of him to acknowledge her instead of ignoring her completely. Despite the busy service check-in area, I noticed that Tasha kept a smile on her face as she was working with a customer. Although it continued to be busy while I was waiting for a shuttle, Tyler took his time to greet me as he passed me on his way back to his desk. Devin also took his time to catch the shuttle driver, Pat, to let him know I was waiting for him. Pat was a good driver and very kind. And finally, when I returned to pay for the service, Hannah was kind and asked if I needed anything else before leaving. Great staff!! Please keep them around!! :)

Given we were out of state, Noah was completely transparent with everything about the vehicle, reconfirming things such as it was manual, sending additional pictures of the interior and agreeing that the final purchase was contingent upon us driving and my son loving it. We also misjudged the time to arrive and Noah stayed after hours to take care of us. We drove the car while he finalized the paperwork and everything was completed and we were on our way. The process was super efficient, super easy and the car was exactly as described. Thanks to Noah and the team, my son loves his new wheels.

I had a transmission failure on my truck and everyone from the tow truck driver to my service advisor Tasha were professional, knowledgeable, and happy to answer any questions. It took weeks to get repaired, but parts availability is outside of their control. I've dealt with a lot of dealerships and this is one of the best service experiences I've had at a dealership, despite the wait for parts.

You need to go in and talk to Mark White. We just bought a Chevy Silverado super cab 4x4 for my husband. Mark made it happen and answered all questions and wasn't a pushy car salesman.
